Standard Base A-Lamps

These A-lamps have a standard base that will screw into any socket which will accept a regular light bulb. They are shaped like incandescent light bulbs, but have the same long-lasting, energy-saving features as the open spirals. The lead free glass produces better lumen maintenance over the life of the bulb and the new amalgam technology provides cooler operating temperatures for consistent performance in any position. The quick start technology gets bulbs brighter fast. They are ideal for table lamps, floor lamps, ceiling fixtures, wall scones, and vanity strips where the bulb is visible. A good rule of thumb is, if you can't see the bulb, use an open spiral. Our A-Lamps are available from 4 watts (the equivalent to a 25 watt incandescent bulb) up to 19 watts (the equivalent to a 75 watt incandescent bulb).
